I took the day off today because work is going to get crazy for a while starting this weekend when I head to Fishkill, NY for a week or so. We took the kids mini-golfing this morning, and Tyler of course loved it. He hit his very first putt on the practice green from about 4 feet...first try, and did really well for his first time. Of course he followed his ball every time, picked it up to hit again, swung way too hard a few times, but all in all he did great and we had a ton of fun. Anna was content just carrying the putter and her purple ball around.. occasionally she would roll it by hand or put it down and kick it... but really could care less about hitting it with the putter. I got a hole in one on the first hole...after that I don't think I finished a hole without Anna retrieving my ball once or twice or Tyler hitting it for me (He thought he was doing us favors..."Mommy, I put the ball in the hole for you"... It was cute. No crowd, so no worries.
