Pretty fun summer. The kids each qualified to run in a few events at the Vermont State Track and Field championship, which took place last weekend. Tyler had three races but got rained out before they ran 2 out of 3. He did great in the first, barely missing a spot in the finals. Anna got both of her races in, and then qualified for the final of the 50m dash, where she took 4th place in the state! We were proud and surprised. We also went to Long Island Maine for a few days with some friends and had a good time. Anna and Katie marched with the Brownies again in the Williston 4th of July parade, and we watched the fireworks from the Burlington waterfront this year, which was cool.
