So ski season is officially over. We took our last runs today in shorts and then tail-gated with some friends to wrap it up. In other news, we've started filling in the pond. The fish did not make it through the winter this year and neither did the frogs. The sight of half a dozen dead, bloated frogs wafting around was enough to make me hurl... with the fish gone, it's a no-brainer. If you've never had the pleasure of removing a pond liner, let me tell you folks, it's the stuff nightmares are made of. Pure grossness. I may never sleep again. If I weren't dead tired from moving the rocks around and pulling the liner up I'm sure I would be up all night tossing and turning re-living the horrific event. Tyler has started baseball, and Katie and Anna (Katie is coaching) have not quite begun softball 'minis' yet, but should get started in a couple weeks when the fields are a little dryer. That's all for now! Onto the next season.... |

Amazing...someone is actually thinking about commenting? Over 2 years have gone by without a single comment! Just when I thought nobody ever looked at this thing and considered deleting it...
